Heads currently at 7.3c
Options strike 1.5c
So fair value for options = 5.8c
Currently trading at 5c.
Good arb opportunity here for people that like money. 4.5 months till expiry so they are getting forgotten about.
For those not familiar with options. If you could for example sell 1m shares at 7.3c ($73k) and buy 1m options at 5c ($50k), spend 1m x 0.015c ($15k) to convert the options for a total of $50k + $15k = $65k. $73k - $65k = $8k instant profit.
