It is mostly being sold because of a global tech sell-down, not because it is kicking the can down the road.
Don't forget we are still in the speculation period. It is a company that is moving away from traditional clinical markets to the much bigger digital therapeutics market. You are judging it on revenue it hasnt even tapped into yet.

Look at how Teledoc's shareprice has travelled since, versus its revenue. Over US$2billion in revenue last year.
No "disappointed investors" excuse there, so why does its chart look just like ours?
