Downside risk

What do you see as main downside risks from here? I believe 1.60 - 1.80 is the very bottom from a technical perspective, so what are the fundamental things that could happen to take the value of the company below where it currently is?

I am asking because I see none.
permits are in place and won’t be revoked with the government support this has. Maybe the bus-factor, eg if sth happens to Sam or Friedman is the only thing I see. Other than that just a waiting game to see the value of the company increase when 100% funding is secured and this goes into construction.
