Here is my full year estimate for FMG. I have sold my entire FMG position as of Friday.
I still think FMG is a great company and will make everyone a lot of money, but it looks relatively expensive now with some huge capital outlays on the horizon. I don't think the acquisition spree is going to slow down and the payout ratio is likely to drop further.
It's a matter of me seeing bigger opportunities in high quality tech right now. I will buy back FMG should it pull back to a position where the risk and reward metrics are more in my favour.
