I still don't get it why many people here think that President of DRC is in charge of our ML like he has no other things to do. Also, I don't understand why so many people here are thinking that ML should be considered and signed during the Friday's Cabinet of Ministers meeting. There is special committee at the Ministry of Mining that time to time holds meetings in Kinshasa and decides what to do with each application. This committee has it's own chairman and it is not Antoinette Next meeting of this committee is scheduled for tomorrow..
