Hi, you are correct on points A & B.
Point C, you will not receive any shares if minimum is not raised. the company will not list.This however in my opinion will not occur. In fact I believe it will be oversubscribed and we will likely be scaled back on the IPO.The common theme from everybody on here is that the management team is unbelievably good, respected and undoubted integrity. I have been a shareholder of ORR since day one plus other companies in the past and have been grateful in being able to pickup more ORR stock at every weakness. I will continue to invest in anything they do. Management like this is hard to find.
Pity no lithium there for you, but who knows what we will discover with our WA assets. Remember they are also continually looking for other investment opportunities.
