    >>Based on all of my knowledge of NBS, I personally wouldn't go near this company until five things have been achieved:
    (1) The NBS technology is independently tested and unambiguously shown to work as intended (There is one sketchy news report indicating the Malaysian govt ran some kind of trial with the tech. If this is true, then it is significant that Malaysia has so far decided not to proceed with any rollout or even pay its $3mill receivable).
    (2) NBS is awarded a patent for its technology by the USPO (we should know the answer to this in a few months).
    (3) NBS remove any directors that shareholders consider have made intentionally misleading comments to the market.
    (4) NBS remove any directors who engage in public drunken violence and who are either convicted or placed on a good behavior bond. (This is important because, if a director was to behave in this way, then it would be very difficult for the company to win any sensitive national security govt contracts).
    (5) The auditor signs off on a FY10 balance sheet that shows that all FY09 receivables have been paid and that there are currently no large receivables past due or impaired.<< Agree in full.

Quick guys copy\paste to Word, so you do not miss out on her posts like last time... It is very annoying that her freedom to express has been suppressed on HC, as I do not see any defamation. Freedom of speech is a given in our culture- this is not MALAY or CHINA . Be reasonable HC.

Agree in full Ousia... If these issues were to be addressed and a majority of Trade Receiveables was received I would have no issue buying back in as a major shareholder. However it is amazing to me that as a past holder of a serious number of shares, the company would allocate yoou more time for Q&A sessions and give you a personal demo of their products.

This is a major concern to me. If they were doing this to me with several thousand shares, I gathered they were probably doing it with Orbis whom have several millions of shares. As ultimately we needed to take 95% of our shares off the table until more clarity was given.

I have Orbis brokers given me a call back soon. I am hoping they can be so kind to offer some extra info. Naturally holding 12.5 MIL shares they would wish to talk the company up, however I am hoping they will be more open.

Whilst I could understand that NBS cannot reply to every single share holder issue, I do think more time and transparency needs to be offerred to especially major shareholders. If I get the feeling that they are not being transparent with Orbis, then I am done playing these chasing games with NBS.

All will unfold in time- prepared to buy back in at far higher levels if the above was worked out- time will tell.
