    to clarify,

    A paper in the book (published 2003) - The problem of the change of the earth dimension in the light of space geodesy data - has a table reviewing the results of estimates made of earth radius by different authors.

    Rates of change in the radius vary from -10 mm per year to +31 mm per year. There was 12 different studies listed using data from different dates but in summary the data was from 1979 to 1999. Some cover the same time and use the same data and give different results!
