Well, if you want to know what I really think, I'd say the Section 23 is a done deal and even if there were some available avenue of appeal, I don't think anyone is going to take it. As far as reactivation of an old thread [i.e. transport/ rail] by an upramper recently, you cannot blame the people who originally wrote stuff a year ago for that. Even though what was said a year ago is as valid now as then. My personal opinion is that this would be the worst company on the ASX to invest in and I am certainly not here expressing opinions to "get my fill cheaper". Purely because of management's own recent actions, there are about to be some major consequences. I've left a few clues about the place. It's as clear as clear can be to me, but apparently I must be living in cloud cuckoo land as nobody else seems to have noticed it. I would lay it out chapter and verse, but why spoil the fun? And it wouldn't be worth the sledging from those who think a 'ten bagger' is their God given right.. I only wish there was some way to short this dog, I'd make a fortune, but there isn't. Well, I've gotten a whole life history I never knew I had, you know? Apparently I work for Metro trains while living in the boot of my car with a weapon, or perhaps I'm living off my Father's money while playing with model trains in the garage. If that's the best you guys have got, you deserve each other. I'll certainly be back to discuss the situation in a while. There are one or two sledgers here who certainly deserve that.
