I wouldn't be holding my breath for the scenario you have suggested above for existing shareholders...

My guess is that IF the company does decide to do a rights issue or SPP to accommodate existing shareholders, it will be a token $5mil worth.

I am alright with it all being placed with the RIGHT institutional and or strategic investor. Long term deep pockets done cleanly, the market can then get on with the next re-rate post equity + debt being solved for. Any offering to existing shareholders will only create a longer drag on the share price.

Just please not REGAL!
