I have been doing a bit of research on HL7 and related stuff to try and understand how much customization will be required to integrate the EuGeni reader into a clinical environment. Saw the following which may be of interest to one or two of the hard core amongst you:
Its a US view of things and a little dry but it gives some idea of what's involved in the test logging and government reporting of results. I've not seen much on the corresponding Australian situation just yet.
