One cannot expect to build 46 km of road without striking a few challenges. Timber road went over the dyke but to get good inclines and declines for efficient coal haulage it is necessary to cut into the dyke.

I hope that is true. With a track record of taking 6 months to get some logs (note: current status is "sourced" not even delivered yet) then who knows how much longer this road is going to take.
