They never even sent this letter to us. I note that Roy has a Nichols poultry email address. Odd they haven't adjusted their email addresses to make more sense to external parties?
I can't imagine how many cream puffs that much cream would make thankfully it's mostly cheese which is a little heavier on the cream usage!

From what I was told, they don't produce enough cream internally, so it's supplemented with cream from Fonterra. Not sure how accurate that is though, it did come from a third party. I also know that there were some other local businesses using the cream that had different pricing to us, so I assume this is mostly to get back to an actual profitable margin, and set a baseline price for all customers.
