You are missing the point.
Milestone 2 was on met with Ganfeng on debt restructuring and a verbal agreement with the LNH.
It was not announced to the market that day as the LNH wanted to hold off until after the AGM of Ganfeng.
This was a firfy IMO.
That night at midnight AJM was thrown into receivership by the LNH.
PLS were there to buy 48hours later and with a financial sweetener for the LNH.
Why would others be going for the rest of the company other than just ALO which had no assets.
Who were they ?
My thoughts are they wanted AJM dead and buried but it lives which is a risk to future litigation as there is a live company to return the assets to.
