Ted, after your latest post, Petrobras has firmed right into odds on money!!! In fact, it's a very short 2-1 on bet, for those conversant with the nature of betting (gambling)....
Of course, as many a Horse racing follower know very well.....Odds On "sure things", can and do, often loose....
