Thank goodness you know what is good for everyone. I'm sure that all those Northern Australian's absolutely hate living in their uncrowded, well watered hell. They are pining for a thoughtful person like yourself to give them water restrictions, huge infrastructure debts, traffic congestion etc, that come with high rates of population growth.
