If it is a takeover I don't know if they are playing with the right stock. Remember a sophisticated investor bought $40+m at 50c and none of the top 20 were selling when the sp was at it's highs, nor are they really selling at the current levels. Odds of a takeover at a low price are even lower I'd say. Too much potential in this one for the top holders to vote yes to a cheap takeover....
