It does make sense though. The Kaddy platform was not incumbent of the logistics arm of the business (although a better CX with) prior to the acquisition. That would mean all they really need to do is have the functionality to support different currencies and show suppliers that are 'available in the buyer's country.
Could this be an easy entry into other markets with the value add of logistics as an afterthought?
