An article in the Weekend AFR titled "APN looks to Aquire" on page 17 contains the sentence:

"The group is close to finding an acceptable outcome for the listed APN European Retail Property Group, which has been hamstrung by debts."

It also says that APNs growth engines were "real estate private equity and the securities business".

Could we see a private equity solution for AEZ?

Lets hope they announce something before Xmas.
