Double glazed windows throughout, massive ceiling heights at 3.3m on ground floor and 3m 1st floor, solar, ducted air con, R4 insulation etc. Travertine tiles throughout ground floor. Engineered wood first floor. Approx 400 square house being 4 bed x 3 bath. All bathrooms are floor to ceiling European tiling. Dedicated office and theatre room. Butler’s kitchen, Euro appliance and also an upstairs bar / kitchen next to balcony. Lovely classy architect minimalist design.
Highlight for me is the build quality overall. Is seriously top notch. Makes Webb Brown look average.
Will be a serious change from my S Freo 2 bed beach shack but …only live once.
