Before everyone loses their minds, only S708 investors are eligible for this raise and I'm just as frustrated but here are the facts from my broker (paraphrased).
The funds raised through the Canadian flow through shares can ONLY be used in Canada (Aka the Uranium project). This raise will be used in the Picha Copper and Solver project. The flow though funds still remain and has not been spent.
