allens I have had another look at where we and ICG are at, I now agree with you. One director is a given that he has to go, the other needs to lift his game to another level or ten! The imminent danger is that as little old Inca approaches maturity and requires more board members, then out of a board comprising only three members - Ross Brown, Dr Jonathon West and Gareth “who has contributed so “much” that I cannot remember his surname”, only two form a majority! This could/may possibly allow just two directors to favour their “mates” and have the additional board members elected from people that are equally as “reserved”! We as long suffering shareholders that see the potential in Inca Minerals need to ensure that this does NOT happen. The good doctor is now 71 (sorry for the disclosure Dr J) and other qualified people with the drive and passion need to be found to sit on the BoD! Inca Minerals does not need any “lifestyle” directors at all, not now, not ever! Even if the current BoD are taking shares in lieu of salary!
