I have a detail about the whole set up that has me concerned. I get the appeal of sleep diagnosis and even respiritory disorders like copd. But when it comes to covid testing, which I understand many people are excited about, how does this testing capture those asymptomatic people. Say compared to a rat test, pcr or possible breath test?
I am a holder, I've done research and really, the only thing holding me back from making a larger investment is this question.
my concern is, if this is used in public health, I don't foresee is being a screening test. But more a severity monitor.
People who are asymptomatic I.e, are not coughing, won't be picked up on this test. As i understand it. But once they are symptomatic, they should isolate anyway. Regardless of if it's covid, or flu etc. Just my thoughts and please if anyone can point me in the right direction for answers, I'd appreciate it.
