I still believe there is sneaky (not so sneaky) accumulation going on as BEOT desperately try and play catchup after missing all the obvious signposts at the first 20 train stations. Trouble is sellers are drying up at these lower levels.

Today I'm expecting the 21 SMA to be tested at 346 on increased volume and I would like to see a close above 341 to confirm. I think barring too much more upheaval in world markets, the realisation that Lithium prices will be higher for considerably longer will play out, even with labour shortages etc hampering production increases. At the end of the day, PLS is still producing product at exceptional prices and is in a better position than most to increase output. Is it a runaway gap? Hopefully. @GARETH78 or @Lies&damnlies, how does the wave count look if the scenario of ABC doesn't play out here?

I'm keen to see how the Kemerton facility commissioning goes and the plant construction of the other hopefuls. Core, Lion and the Mt Holland JV.

Excuse the mention of Lion but the price action there also bodes well for a resumption also. That closed strongly yesterday popping above 150 to close at 151. I mention them as they are the other sizeable resource on the ASX still available. They were unlucky with the market jitters just in the last period of the retail offer. Then again, they were able to raise institutional support at a good price after a stellar surge.
