@4hrworkweek - You seem to know an awful lot about start-up companies, CR etc. and you may know the answer to this:

in times past I got caught up with penny stock, made a bit of money, lost some - lost a lot in the GFC - no more penny stocks for me,

but back then

I had access to a website which listed all company directors in alphabetical order and one could check out their CVs, their professional history.
In some cases, in fact in many, they seemed to make a living from multiple directorships, often 'loving and leaving' companies with disastrous results. I, then, spent hours on the computer, made good money initially (with the shock of a taxation advance demand of $25000 at one stage) - but came a cropper. I am now a reluctant holder of a few shares only - I do not hold this one.

I can no longer find this website - have you or anyone reading this - come across such a web site listing all company directors and their professional capacity and involvement in other companies?
if so, please post link.
