Yes but I will say that there could be some permanent reputations damage with this. Not on the operational side but providing shareholder value is just as important. Kind of feels like there are more and more questions about how they will provide that, especially if the SP is dormant for almost 12 months.
Having a look at a few CR raises recently of other small cap penny stocks and it's quite clear BRK had other options (no pun) to get $$$ quickly.
People move on quickly and invest elsewhere and who know maybe oil drops again
