Agreed Cara,
A modest cap. raise soon is inevitable to get MEL through the Cervantes drill and to first Vali revenue. Possibly like 88E who today received and announced their Permit to Drill Merlin 2 and went straight into a Trading Halt to raise capital. MEL may wait a few more weeks to raise (not too long though) in anticipation of being able to announce signing of the gas processing agreement, signing of the gas sale agreement and FID, possibly leading to a higher cap. raise price.
Finally some progress on the milestones............
