While I agree with all you have said my understanding is that the Feds do not have mandatory vaccinations for federal employees. Happy to be shown otherwise but I believe Morrison does not support mandatory vaccinations but doesn't have the ticker or the support (media) to take on state leaders who oversee health related laws in their respective states.
