    Completely agree LP, it is ludicrous to want to participate in numerous CR's for explorers, just a waste of money. The good ones get it right pretty quickly, especially when you have ground as good as TAR. I will participate in this CR but will expect results. There are dozens of great opportunities out there, please get it right this time TAR.
