Just one thing:  " I’dsuggest that all of that is in the past."

It is not in the past because that same management is still in place and I, for one, do not expect them to be any better now.

Remember that the main director and MD of whom we speak, is mainly interested in Peru and I, and many others, no longer feel confident in his ability to get the job done. This has come about from vast experience with Inca over a decade and more.

We need a partner such as we had with S32 to handle Peru while the company itself concentrates on Oz.

There are not enough good people on the board at the moment to handle what we hope are two world class projects.

We cannot once again leave it to the same people who have not delivered before.

Optimism is not enough.
Remember - A pessimist is an optimist with more experience.
