I don’t know if your in the building industry but I can certainly tell you that there are a lot of builds that don’t comply and are covered over with and passed, maybe do a search on how many builders are taken to the tribunal every year . There’s a FB page called Shonky builders start there . Not implying FBR are using a bad builder as a matter of fact Inspired homes has a very good reputation , take it easy mate I posted what I saw , are you saying that would be accepted on your home ? I certainly wouldn’t like it on mine . Again nothing major but nevertheless not acceptable in my book . I suppose you call this down ramping? I call it fact and R&D but certainly not mm precision.
