Oxley can pick up the phone and talk to pivotal people overseas without needing an intro. That's important.
Regardless he's gone and Oxley's in . Why and how is immaterial to me now but if it's material to you then it's your perfect right to sell out on the news. Everybody has their own idea of what's critical and what's not.
