Except he didn't make a threat.

If one listens to the entire 32 seconds, Putin expressly states he doesn't want a war.

He is stating the bleeding obvious. That if US/NATO continues on its present aggressive expansionist course then the outcome of that will be a war and it will be nuclear.

You should have your misleading thread title changed to -

"Putin warns of danger of nuclear war."
