I expect that from the majority of my posts TBH but I hope it helps stimulate a bit of input from other holders. Love to hear what others think on the subject as we've all put our hard earned into this for the same reason. I've said before I'll probably be proved wrong on half of what I'll say, a case in point is my "investment" with a mob who you're also familiar with. That being ASX:LNG. In a word, disastrous but what sets a company like VRC and LNG apart is the quality and absolute integrity of its management. VRC directors are not lifestyle directors. They will achieve what we want and expect them to achieve. Of that I have no doubt. This will be the one half I'm right about. In the meantime they draw a bare minimum from the company coffers and our Chairman has consistently and unconditionally shown to put his money where his mouth is. The financial rewards which will follow the hard yards they've put in for both management and shareholders will be a given and justly deserved.
