Goldman Sachs reasserting their TP of $4.20 and a Buy from TGR going into the reporting season. Commensurately, we have seen a DROP in the shorts (from 5% to 4.5%) while the stock prices have gone UP ($3.30 to $3.60 over past month or so) - even though the shorts have trended down from 13% over past year, this is the first time the shorting dropped while share price increased which is counter intuitive. All good signs coming in to reporting season, but it's just short term noise. Still not yet able to see any trend like we experienced in 2012, which is my hope as the fundamentals are looking similar.
