Major reversal in play... My thoughts, page-35

My first thoughts on seeing that 14.5 M line is NASDAQ > "Conversion Amount" needed to be transferred across
to be held by the Depositary Bank in the USA and converted to ADS / ADR's for liquidity on the NASDAQ.

As we all know at some point some accumulation was required from existing IHL shareholders, so that it could be sent over to the US because we withdrew our IPO.

I may very well be wrong, but that was my first thought.
Someone else may have a better idea.
