If so may be best to sell IMHO If that is not the case, just wait or better still pick up any under 9 because this is exactly how you make a lot of money (Caveat do DD on the asset, understand a balance sheet)

I think its a bit rare to find a big solid one like NST discounted so much. If you are pressured for cash etc than sure its hard to see what you have on paper appear to shrink, but to be honest if that is the issue, Gold for all its safe haven will knock the leveraged (be it psychological or debt leverage) out every-time, way before the big bucks.

Been a solid buy for months for me and likely will be so for a little while yet, I could no more pick the reversal day than fly to the moon, I have no issue with that, it's a $25b MC just waiting on the clock.
