omg baggies they are.....instead of getting paid dollars they agreed to get options that they pay 20% above market value to convert, ie that is buying shares and investing new money into the company and that is showing faith...yet people here had a cry about it.

In no way is it freebies as people were saying ie options that are to be given cannot be sold so if not converted are worthless, and if converted are giving money directly too the company (ie exploration dollars out of the directors own pocket). So instead of taking money in wages they'll end up giving money, having faith that the shares they'll acquire will increase in value.

So they'll end up with millions of shares that they not only had to work for but also had to pay above the price you yourself can pay on market if you so chose.
