Must say that I am shocked that this is even legal. The shares have been suspended for over 2 years and then these guys make up a price based on off market shares issued to ‘third parties’ to justify a wipe out. This reminds me of a scam about 15 years ago when this tool ( forgot his name) was offering elderly BHP shareholders a deal to buy their shares at a fraction of their market value.
If PSA management are so confident of Yemen production why don’t they wait for shares to resume trading that then do the buyback.
