    Moondance,
I appreciate your view.... but, my estimate for a companies value does not lie soely based on its NTA. I am fully aware of the current situation with CNP and that is one that tends to be overused these days to show the disconnection between NTA and share price.

The reason CNP is trading higher than its NTA is because of its PERCIEVED value, as shares are traded taking into account estimates of future earnings and predictions.

The problem with this is that it assumes that the market will go up and CNP is not CURRENTLY at a discount.

For example, it is the same as buying a property for 100K today if you predict in 6 months it would be worth 200K.

6 months later you sell the property and make 100K and u believe that you did a good job.

However what if the property was only worth 50K at the time, and you overpaid. Just because you made money, doesnt mean that you made the right decision. You got lucky to some extent.

All I am saying is that I purchase my stock that are valuable NOW (At a discount) not based soely on future predictions (Like CNP).

Not sure what your problem is.. but inferring that I don't know much about the market seems to be the "I know everything attitude" that gets bull market fund managers into trouble when the nxt downturn comes.

U will see more than one change in substantial holding come over the next month, and then, as bart simpson says:

    you can Eat my Shorts!
