    Hi Sting,

I am thinking short and long term here mate, our mine is in Arizona which is essentially a city built around a desert/s and hence the government have proposed to do a billion dollar deal with Mexico to secure water for the next 100 years to support the mining industry in that region. The government needs to earn a return on this money regardless so mining companies including us will have to buy it off them, if we haven’t bought water rights off independents beforehand as that deal will evidently take a while to be implemented in reality, that is if it has actually been secured. We will need water for mining and future drilling otherwise we wouldn’t be raising capital to do so. I know we have a net zero proposal in relation to our water usage which is great but in order to achieve that process you need the first input in that process and that is water. Would be interested to hear your thoughts, as I believe you are based in US as to why we haven’t received approval yet given that the federal government’s current agenda is pushing for green energy to power the industry moving forward, with this backing I would have thought we would have received the green light by now that is all? Unfortunately, anything anyone posts the local Karen will write something so nothing anyone can do there apart from ignore. Cheers, CP
