Sure is pretty poor situation. The whole timetable doesn't make sense to me.

Record date to recieve rights is 26th Nov yet all holders prior to ex rights date of 20th Nov should have rights to sell on 20th Nov when trading commenced. So record date for rights should have been 19th Nov or rights trading should not commence until 27th Nov, the day after the actual record date.

Some holders have recived rights to trade others have not.Who knows whats going on???
