not too bad thanks. This damn high humidity isn’t great. So I have to have the ac on a bit more.
dont think I mentioned diversifying or buying something else. What I was suggesting to Tymmsy, if he is indeed intending to retire, is to take that big step, you wouldn’t want to be relying 100% on the value of your HIO shares remaining high or higher. I was just suggesting that if they are to retire, they might want to sell a few to ensure they have the funds to stay retired, regardless of where HIO price goes. well expect HIO to keep going higher long term. Unfortunately I’ve seen some crap happen to even the best of them in my 33 years in the market. s##t can and does happen sometimes. OXR $4.50+ to 0.67 was one such disaster.
certainly not suggesting selling for any other reason. Although personally, I will probably take out my cost and a little profit at that time. But that’s me and my conservative self.
