Yes but remember PACHINO there is twice as many shares on issue than there are chinamen. So if EXM wanted to they could give 2 shares to every china man and woman there as a gift and still have about 200 million shares left over.
I spoke to management about this and they said they were thinking of doing just that until they worked out the postage stamps for such a task would kill the company.
