I don't think that most critics of the senior managers think they could do a better job, but they do have expectations that highly paid managers are capable of producing results every now and then by successfully executing a business plan. So far ADO in all its years is still sitting on a duck if that is measured by generating meaningful commercial revenue. That is where I believe the frustration lies. I don't think that many investors think that what the company is trying to achieve is easy. It seems the company keeps on shooting and missing. We want a CEO who is capable of hitting the occasional target.
