We desperately need an announcement from the management. If they say they are going to fight on the share price will pick up no doubt. The SICC judgement is very long and complex but that does not mean it is right. When lawyers go through it with a fine tooth comb I'm sure they will find cracks in it. The debt is large but since it is not secured does not represent an immediate threat and some of it is owned by the management who will need to find a way to get it back. There is at least $100 million to play for so I expect there will be lawyers ready to pick up the case.
