That's fair enough @gustaaf but while the management team have not yet sold significant numbers of tests or signed a lucrative battery collaboration deal, they have not achieved nothing at all - so I think sitting on a duck is a little harsh.

Many companies have ideas but for one reason or another the ideas never really even get out of the starting blocks.

AnteoTech have done considerable better than that. They have found a partner for their material supply business in Ellume. Maybe not as profitable a business activity as many would like but nevertheless they have signed a second five year supply contract. Ellume is about as large a partner as AnteoTech could have partnered with at this early stage of their development. Ellume appears to have good solid deals in the USA with a reliable customer who is placing very large orders and has assisted them in establishing an overseas plant (and not in China, but in the USA). That's not zero.

AnteoTech also appear to have completed the design of a Covid POC RDT that is at least competitive and may be a world leader. They have signed up a number of distributors around the globe that wish to work with them to exploit the possibilities. AnteoTech have completed the ISO certification they need to be allowed to manufacture these sort of Medical products. These are not small achievements and they were accomplished from a standing start. Many R&D companies never actually solidify their product design into a completed ready to manufacture item - the prototypes just keep rolling out of the lab every few months but nothing is ever quite ready for release. This does not seem to be the case with AnteoTech - the product is finished and is ready to manufacture.

AnteoTech have found a manufacturer, they have worked with them to transfer the required technology in a way that meets their ISO obligations. They have done some modest product runs. The cookie cutters are poised and ready to go. Again, many company appear to approach this point a little like Achilles in Zeno's paradox - approaching the point but never quite getting there. We have contracts in place and can press the big red button as soon as we want.

And speaking of that, the company is cashed up - it has completed a CR that means we have the cash in the bank that we need to allow us to press the start buttons and get the product flowing off the lines. How often do you hear of a company who finally made it to this point only to find they have exhausted the goodwill of investors and can't get to the final stage of actually signing up for production and then have to sign across the crown jewels to vulture capitalists.

And its not just the carts - we have worked with Axxin to get the reader stuff ready to go.

All of this is a platform play so there is a pipeline of further tests to come once we have got this first one away to a commercial start.

And then there is the battery side of things - not just a few variants on magic binders but novel development in electrode structures.

I've probably missed a few things.

    That's not a Duck.

Now if they never work out this TGA puzzle it might be true that it will all have been for naught, but how many people really think that? Most of us mug punters will never know the true story behind the twists and turns of this TGA stuff but I'm willing to bet there are some ripper stories there. Sooner or later though this will get on the register, the red button will be pushed. and the cookie cutters will spring into motion, the cartons will be packed into the back of truck and tests will start to hit the public.

Even in the worst possible case that this is too little too late for the Covid pandemic it will set a foundation for Sepsis and whatever comes later.

I reject Zero. I realize AnteoTech have not crossed the commercial finish line and I admit it has been mega frustrating at times but I reject Zero.

Many companies never get to this point.

    GLTAH.
