    As a SH i feel ripped off. The inst and professional investors get to get the shares at 23c wile existing share holders can get 2 to every 9. For people that brought BSM more recently > 30c this means that the drop in price towards 23c completely wipes out the "gain" of getting some shares at 23c ?

    What am i missing ?
