As always..I disagree with you totally...Chm would love to have got B and G on the stand...huge loss to chm that they didnt have to stand up under oath and be croos examined........MMX getting on with business...proving up resource.......international presentations...Chm just a small distraction and irritation that will ammount to very little......Was always going to be extremely difficult to PROVE anything untoward against MMX.....And after your day in court we believe thats the way it has turned out and hence we look forward to a successful outcome...Questions asked at Shareholders meeting answered to satisfaction....Give up on it Gard's... most everyone else has....
