PTX 200 is one of the very few drugs that targets Akt. Although sometimes overlooked, PTX 200 has achieved 3 CRs in trial so far. In a previous trial there were some adverse interactions between PTX 200 and the combination chemo drug. The AML trial runing now, is of new trial design. where this interaction should be fixed.

PTX 200 is yet another very valuable and novel cancer treatment in PTXs very diverse pipeline.
